TERM AND CONDITION

1. We only accept SMS warranty sent in within one week after the purchased. This warranty will be null if there is no SMS warranty record found in our database.
2. Warranty of the equipment is valid in Malaysia for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of purchase under normal use.
3. For i) Battery ; ii) Battery Charger ; iii) AC Adapter ; iv) UI Board; Which are warranty for one (1) month only.
4. Warranty covers repair without charger to purchase any parts proved to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, provided that the equipment was made from an authorized dealer of the equipment.
5. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from :- a) Normal wear& tear ; b) User other than in accordance with be the operating manuals ; c) An unauthorized disassembly, service repair, alteration or modification being carried out ; d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused; e) Rough handling, fire, flood/water pollution, convulsion of nature.
6. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from : - i) Sling ; ii) Antenna ; iii) Chassis ; iv) Cover casing ; v) Display screen ; vi) Ringtone Speaker ; vii) Software Virus.
7. The warranty will be null and void in any of the following events : - a) If the serial number on the equipment has been defaced or removed ; b) If any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of our company ; c) If during the warranty period the operating number of the equipment is change by customer does not notified to us.
8. This warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expressed or implied, especially including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particulars purpose. We assumes no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner described above. In no event shall we is liable for consequential loss or damages, including loss of use of profit resulting from the product.
9. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the equipment should at the expenses of the purchaser be sent to us.
10. Upon selling mobile phone to third party, this warranty will automatically void without the present of this warranty card.
